  • Fronting indicators to avoid penalties
  • Ownership reviews and Ownership assessments

We revisit the Education stage during the Considerations and Recommendations and again when conducting training as an when required.

The objective for this step is to identify and address the gaps, understand the business expectations and the ideal scenarios.
We conduct a detailed analysis of current initiatives for all B-BBEE elements and determine a projected score.

A draft strategy is developed for implementation of recommended solutions by engaging further with the client. This is where we indicate what actions need to be taken to achieve/maintain true transformation and get to a desired compliance level.
