- Onboarding: Submit required documentation to our team to ensure reasonable assessment and quality checks.
- Validation: We validate potential beneficiary documentation like B-BBBEE credentials
- Monitoring: Ongoing monitoring to ensure latest relevant data with recent amendments
- Reporting: Ongoing reports to keep updates of the work done Detailed and accurate reporting at all times until the B-BBEE certificate expires
- Fronting indicators to avoid penalties
- Ownership reviews and Ownership assessments

EDUCATION
Transformation is an ongoing exercise and calls for a commitment to persist in driving change and consistent application to ultimately become sustainable.
We revisit the Education stage during the Considerations and Recommendations and again when conducting training as an when required.
AS IS ASSESSMENT
The objective for this step is to identify and address the gaps, understand the business expectations and the ideal scenarios.
We conduct a detailed analysis of current initiatives for all B-BBEE elements and determine a projected score.
CONSIDERATIONS & RECOMMENDATIONS
A draft strategy is developed for implementation of recommended solutions by engaging further with the client. This is where we indicate what actions need to be taken to achieve/maintain true transformation and get to a desired compliance level.
IMPLEMENTATION
We support in implementing the agreed considerations and recommendations.
MONITORING & EVALUATION
We assess the existing processes to capture data, extract results, and monitor progress. We then come up with recommendations on areas of improvement, modifications and new methods to measure results.
